What are the common foods in Russian restaurants?

Raw caviar, cold smoked salmon and my bread are the staple foods in Russia. There are many kinds of bread, including white bread, black bread, cornmeal bread and so on. They like to eat food with more meat and milk, but less vegetables. For example, Russian kebabs, traditional Russian muffins, Brin cakes and traditional pancakes are sweet and salty. There are smoked sausages, aspic and cold dishes, which are unique to Russian western restaurants, and most of them are fish-based foods.
