The installation of electric lighting devices generally adopts embedded junction boxes, hooks, screws, expansion bolts or plastic plugs, and it is forbidden to use wooden wedges for fixing. When lighting lamps are installed on flammable structures, decorative parts and wooden furniture, fire prevention and heat insulation measures should be taken around the lamps, and cold light source lamps should be selected. For the electric lighting device installed on the insulation table, the insulation part of the conductor joint should extend out of the surface of the insulation table. Requirements for protective grounding of metal lamps with rated voltage of 220 ⅴ: The metal shell of lamps with a height lower than 2.4m from the ground must be connected with protective grounding wire. General and special-purpose lamps are installed on the ceiling where people can enter. Because of the inconvenience in use and maintenance, for the sake of safety, the metal shell of lamps should be connected with protective ground wire.

The protective grounding wire of lamps and lanterns should be reliably connected with the special grounding screw of lamps and lanterns, and its cross section should be selected according to the cross section of lamps and lanterns. When the phase line section of lamps and lanterns is less than 1.5mm2, the protection line section is not less than 1.5mm2 copper-core insulated conductor. Lamps and lanterns should be fixed firmly and reliably, and each lamp should be fixed with at least 2 screws or bolts. When installing wooden platforms in wet and corrosive places, rafter washers should be added and waterproof paint should be painted around the wooden platforms. Brush the white paint twice to keep the wood dry. In order to save raw materials, there is no need to install a wooden platform when the lamp holder is installed on the ceiling of Ф 250 mm or more under the condition that the lamp holder is not exposed and the ceiling is not damaged by maintenance.

First, put the lamp tray flat. If the tray is assembled from multiple pieces, align all the borders and fix them with screws to make them an organic whole. Then, install the lamp holder according to the instructions and schematic diagram. Determine the outlet and wiring positions, and fix the porcelain joint on the support plate with machine screws. Pinch the conductor according to the distance from the fixed porcelain connector to each lamp holder, cut the pinched conductor out of the wire core, rinse the tin after winding, then press it into each lamp holder, straighten out the phase line and zero line of each lamp holder, and press it into the porcelain connector lamp according to the power supply requirements after assembly. According to the position of the embedded bolt and the lamp holder box, find out or open the installation hole and outlet hole on the lamp holder with an electric drill to prepare for on-site installation.

Installation of lamps: when installing, hold up the tray, connect the power cord with the lead wire thrown from the assembled lamps, and wrap it tightly. Then insert the lead wire into the lamp holder box, align the mounting holes of the tray with the embedded bolts, so that the periphery of the tray is closely attached to the ceiling, tighten it with nuts, and adjust all the lamp holders: install light bulbs and hang various decorations of the lamps.

In addition to paying attention to some detailed data requirements, downlight installation should also check whether the installation materials are complete and whether the power supply is cut off before installation. At the same time, don't open it first after installation, carefully check whether there are any omissions, and then turn on the light to see if the installation is successful.
