Making method of jujube cake
1, delicious jujube cake
400g of flour, 0/00g of red dates/kloc, 2g of yeast and 300g of clear water. Mix yeast with water, add flour and stir well, then add dried red dates. 4. Jujube omelet
Red dates, 20 eggs, 20 taels of sugar, 20 taels of dried glutinous rice flour, peanut oil or salad oil.
Put jujube with tight skin, thick meat and small core into a pot, add cold water, cook until it is medium-cooked, peel and remove the core, then steam it in a pot and mash the jujube meat into mud. 6. Red molasses jujube cake
