How to open this yellow wine jar?

Most of the jars of yellow rice wine are sealed with yellow mud and gypsum. Wipe the mud off the altar mouth, gently break the brim, and chisel slowly, not too heavy, to prevent the brim from being broken.

See the figure below for details:

The method of "sealing the altar":

1. Sterilize the jar with steam at high temperature, or sterilize it with other sanitary methods;

2. Put the wine in the jar, seal it with food-grade plastic wrap, then cover it with lotus leaves, fasten the jar mouth with a bowl, then spread a layer of palm leaves, tie it with a rope, and finally coat it with thick gypsum or yellow mud.

Put the jar in a cool and ventilated place or cellar.
