How to make Yuanxiao delicious?
Yuanxiao can be made into silk-cut glutinous rice balls, steamed glutinous rice balls, or "dressed" glutinous rice balls.
1. Smooth the bottom of the pot with cooking oil, then add sugar and an appropriate amount of water and simmer until it becomes a thick paste. When it bubbles and turns yellow, add the deep-fried glutinous rice balls into the pot. Stir it with the sugar paste, take it out of the pan quickly, and eat it while it's hot. 3. Non-stick, suitable for hot or cold consumption.
