5. After setting, put the clothes rack into the fruit dryer.
6. Set the temperature to 60 degrees, then dry for about 10 hour, and adjust the time according to the hardness you want.
7. After drying, take out the clothes rack and cool the kiwifruit.
8. After the dried kiwifruit is completely cooled, put it in a sealed jar for storage.
