The nation that is best at Lusheng
Lusheng is a traditional Lusheng musical instrument of Miao nationality, which is widely spread in Miao areas. According to documents, Lusheng has a history of more than 3,000 years. As far back as the Tang Dynasty, Lusheng was played in the court. At that time, Lusheng was called "Pu Sheng". In the book Tunxi County Records, Lu Ciyun of A Qing Dynasty gave a detailed description of the shape of Lusheng and the scene of Miao men and women playing Lusheng when they jumped to the moon: (male) holding Lusheng. Hold six tubes and make two feet.
The sheng festival is uneven, the hands are fragrant, the feet are young, the limbs turn back, and the gods swing. At first, they wanted to pack up and leave, and soon they danced with each other. It can be seen that the Miao people's playing skills and dancing movements of Lusheng in Qing Dynasty are extremely wonderful, and the role and position of Lusheng in the life of ancient Miao people.
Playing method
When playing, the sheng tube is placed vertically and the lower part of the sheng bucket is held with both hands. The thumb, forefinger and middle finger press the sound holes of the left and right rows of sheng pipes respectively, and the mouth contains a mouthpiece, which can be pronounced by blowing and sucking, and can be played by standing, sitting, walking and jumping, with lively and diverse forms.
A slightly larger bamboo tube, bamboo shoot shell, copper tube or a small horn folded into a triangle with bamboo strips is sleeved at the sound hole at the end of Lusheng sheng tube, which can play a good role in sounding, make the volume enlarged, make the sound loud and the timbre beautiful and changeable. The sheng pipe passes through the sheng bucket, and a section is exposed under the sheng bucket.
The whole set of Miao Liuguan Lusheng has five sizes from the double bass to the highest note * * *, and the sound system is arranged according to five notes. The pronunciation of each size is an octave, and the range of A 1-a3 and * * * has five octaves.
