Directions:

Throw all the ingredients for the crust into a bread machine and knead it until fully expanded. Then cover with a damp cloth and ferment for 1 hour.

Dice the onion, cut the tomatoes, blanch them in boiling water, peel them and dice them, cut the mushrooms in half, and cut the peppers into small pieces. (Onion cutting method please see the end of the article tips)

hot pan pour a little olive oil, first into the onion grain, fried soft, pour into the tomato grain, add the right amount of seasoning, small fire cook until the tomatoes out of the water into the sauce (to be thickened a little bit of . (See the tip on how to fold the tinfoil, Polu rolled it several times to get the desired shape.)

The fermented dough was divided into four parts, rolled into a round cake shape (thinner), divided into three parts, wrapped to the tinfoil tip tube, dipped in a little bit of water and pressed tightly at the close, close down, put on the baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°F (medium-high and low heat) for 10 minutes.

While the crust is baking, sauté the peppers in a hot frying pan and set aside. Then a little oil sautéed mushrooms, add a little black pepper, sautéed until the mushrooms out of the water, the water to boil dry a little, out of the spare.

After the pie crust is baked, let it cool slightly and remove the tinfoil. Cut the bacon into three pieces, take one piece and roll it into a sharp cylinder, stuff it into the pizza tube and tighten it a bit.

Tuck the ingredients into the tube in the order of mushrooms, sauce, mushrooms and peppers (the tighter the better).

The ingredients will not fall out of the tube when it is stuffed.

Sprinkle a little bit of grated cheese. Put it in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes at 200°F (top and bottom of the center).

Out of the oven~~

Tips:

1. When the rolls are closed, you can dip them in a little bit of water, and make sure to press them tightly, otherwise they will be easy to loosen when baking.

2. Sprinkle the grated cheese must also try to press them onto the ingredients, and then to prevent the cheese from melting and running all over the place, sprinkle it against the top a little bit, not near the side of the baking sheet.

3. Making a home version of handheld pizza is a test of patience. Don't try it on a weekday, you won't be able to finish it in 2 hours. But on weekends, you can try to play around with it, do it alone, or ask your friends to share the work with you. In particular, if you are bored with the secret garden, you can make a hand-held pizza, which has a similar effect, reducing stress and cultivating patience.
