How to practice Taijiquan
Taijiquan's movements are slow and smooth, which require practicing the fist with a straight waist, a closed jaw, a straight back, and a pendant, with the intention of drifting into the clouds. The essentials of practicing boxing

Functions
Taijiquan requires relaxation and quietness, which enables part of the cerebral cortex to enter a state of protective inhibition and get rest. For this reason, Taijiquan pays special attention to "listening to the power", that is, to accurately feel and judge the other party's momentum, in order to make a response. This principle of taijiquan, embodied in the push hands training and set movement, not only can train people's reaction ability, strength and speed and other physical qualities, but also has a very important significance in attack and defense fighting training.
