The front pattern is: China people * * * and country name, year number, China watch and flowers; The design on the back is the mascot-Qing Ji Youyu. In 1998, two commemorative silver coins with auspicious surplus were issued, with patterns basically similar to those before, with face values of 10 yuan and 5 yuan, respectively, and 10/0 ounce lottery "auspicious surplus" was issued with face value of10 yuan. Form "Qing Ji Rich" commemorative coin series.
The image of red carp is the most popular traditional auspicious pattern in China. Tracing back to the source, there is a little story.
In the Han Dynasty, there was a poor orphan named Qing Ji by the Yellow River, who lived on a slender backrest. He was born with a good body, but he never caught the Yellow River carp to sell his life. People nicknamed him "Ji Chi". One night, Qing Ji dreamed that a child in a red robe ran towards him, shouting "Help" and tried to hold his hand. He woke up.
After dawn, Qing Ji went to the river to prepare to pull the optical fiber. He was packing fiber ropes on the beach when he suddenly saw a big water snake running towards a red carp playing in shallow water. Just at that moment, Qing Ji bent down and grabbed a red carp and saved it from Shuishekou. The red carp leaned back, opened its mouth in his hand, and closed its cheeks one by one, as if it had something to say.
Qing Ji suddenly remembered last night's dream, and his heart moved. He took it back to the hut by the river, raised the pitcher and fed it some bread crumbs. In the evening, Qing Ji, who had an antenna on his back, went back to the hut exhausted and went to see the red carp first.
Alas, the red carp in the pitcher is gone, but there are four red gold ingots neatly placed. There are four words engraved on the bottom of each gold ingot, which together are: "Nine tours to Yumen, three tours to Dongting, shame not to become a dragon, come to wealth and auspicious celebration."
After the story of fish getting rich in Qing Ji spread, people were envious and tried their best to get red carp for feeding, which was called "Yuanbao Fish". For a long time, "fish" has been mistaken for "surplus" and is still a compliment of hope for prosperity. For those who are hard to find red carp, paste Ruitu instead, or draw a teenager holding a halberd to hang his chin and play with fish, so that the halberd is "auspicious" and the chin is "celebrated"; Or add lotus leaves, which is called "more than every year, more than every year."
The traditional auspicious words are also reflected in the ancient China's spending money "more than auspicious": casting halberd, green and fish in the pattern of money, taking its homonym, meaning more than auspicious. Chinese New Year greetings include "Good luck", "Good luck", "Good luck every year" and "Good luck", which express the hope of a happy life, abundant financial resources and abundant grain and oil every year.
