Tangshan special food

Tangshan specialty foods include Tangshan Chess Sesame Cake, Tangshan Sesame Sugar, Peanut Crispy Sugar, Laoting Tanlu Sesame Cake, Noodles and Lazy Tofu.

1, Tangshan chess biscuit

Named for its shape like a small drum and chess pieces. Not big, crisp and oily. Chess biscuits include fresh meat stuffing, red bean paste stuffing, jujube paste stuffing and fruit stuffing. Golden color, crisp inside and outside, fresh and fragrant meat stuffing, crisp and palatable, easy to preserve.

2. Tangshan hemp sugar

It is a traditional scenic spot of Han nationality in Tangshan City, Hebei Province. After years of historical changes, Tangshan Matang, which rose in the Ming Dynasty, gradually became the facade of Tangshan eating.

3. Peanut crisp cake

It is one of the most famous traditional snacks of Han nationality in Tangshan City, Hebei Province, and its origin is Sigezhuang, Luannan County, Tangshan City. It is made by boiling syrup by hand and adding pure peanut powder. Peanut crisp candy is golden in color and looks like a gold bar 10 cm long. The entrance is sweet and crisp, and the smell of peanuts is pure.

4, Laoting cylinder furnace sesame seed cake

It is a special food in Laoting, Tangshan, and is famous for its unique production method and taste. It is baked in a huge water tank, and the inner wall of the water tank is covered with cakes, which are tender outside and crisp inside but not greasy.

5. Sign it.

This is one of the specialties of Tangshan. It is a kind of pancake made of mung bean powder, wrapped with meat stuffing and fried in oil pan until golden brown. It is a traditional food that locals like very much. There are many ways to eat it, such as frying, hot pot, stir-frying and so on.

6, lazy tofu

There are two kinds of raw lazy tofu and cooked lazy tofu. Raw lazy tofu is made by crushing soaked soybeans with a small stone mill, adding soaked dried cabbage leaves, salt and pepper water to boil, and adding minced garlic and Chili oil to taste. Cooked lazy tofu is to fry soybeans, add peanuts and crush them with a small mill. Like raw lazy tofu, it tastes better than raw lazy tofu.
