What are the basic steps of statistics?

2. Define the original hypothesis and alternative hypothesis

Original hypothesis: a self-evident hypothesis is a hypothesis about the statement of "no difference" or "no effect at all" or "the same", which is always considered to be true until there is sufficient evidence to prove it wrong;

Alternative hypothesis: what is suspected is alternative hypothesis, which is a hypothesis about "different" or "effective" or "different" statements, and another hypothesis that takes effect when the null hypothesis is overthrown, and there are different hypotheses according to specific events.

The original hypothesis and the alternative hypothesis are not equal and cannot be exchanged; "Rejection always makes sense", we can say "Reject the original hypothesis", but we can't say "Accept the original hypothesis", we can only say "There is no sufficient reason to reject the original hypothesis".
