Formerly known as Huangyan Random Bomb, it was formed in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties and is one of the four largest random bombs in Zhejiang. It is listed as one of the national 3 18 local operas by the Ministry of Culture.
Taizhou is rich in aria, mainly playing Kunqu Opera, Gaoqiang Opera, Huizhou Opera, Ci tune, Tanquan and so on. , is one of the few multi-voice folk songs in China.
In 2006, Taizhou Random Bomb was identified as the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage by the State Council.
