How to make amber walnuts?

The authentic practice of amber walnut is as follows

1. Wash walnuts and control the moisture.

2. Put the dried walnuts in the preheated oven (cashews are baked together at home). Adjust the oven to 180℃ and bake in the middle layer for 5 minutes. Don't leave the oven when baking, turn over with chopsticks to prevent burning. The temperature and time of the oven can be adjusted according to personal taste and the temper of your oven.

3. Mix sugar, water and honey and stir well.

4. Put it into a non-stick pan and boil it into syrup with slow fire. Add the roasted walnuts (cool) and stir well. Put it in a pot and sprinkle with cooked white sesame seeds. You can eat it when it is cold. Crispy and delicious!
