Method for making handmade beef balls

The making method of handmade beef balls is as follows:

Tools/materials: beef, onion, ginger, pepper, white pepper, cooking wine, water, salt, sesame oil, eggs, flour, pots, bowls, chopsticks, disposable gloves, filter screen, high-speed blender, pots and spoons.

1. First, prepare all the ingredients for making beef balls. Buy a fresh piece of beef, first remove the white fascia from the beef to avoid affecting the taste, then soak the beef in clean water for 30 minutes, then soak it in bloodletting water, wash it again, and control the water to dry for later use.
