Making method of Guizhou old bacon
Ingredients: fresh pork legs (preferably fat and thin)
Ingredients: pepper, salt, cooking wine.
Accessories: cypress branches, pine branches, peanut shells, sunflower seed shells, etc.
Exercise:
1. Cut the pork leg into strips with a width of about 5-8 cm.

3. Then sprinkle pepper and salt on the pork, stir well, cover it and leave it for 4-5 days.

Fried bacon with broken ears
Ingredients: fresh cocklebur root, old bacon, dried pepper, bean paste, salt, soy sauce, ginger, garlic sprout, monosodium glutamate and rapeseed oil.

1. Break the root of the broken ear into small pieces by hand and cut the bacon into thin slices; Cutting dried chili into sections; Shred ginger; Cut the garlic seedlings into sections.
2. Heat the pot. When the rapeseed oil in the pot is burned to 70% heat, fry the bacon in the pot until it is slightly rolled, and take it out for later use.

Fried sheep tooth cake with bacon
Ingredients: bacon100g, bracken cake 300g, cooking oil 20g, Ciba pepper 20g, shredded ginger 5g and garlic sprout 20g.
Ingredients: salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce.
