Causes of group disputes and incidents
In this paper, I call the non-intensified group contradictions and disputes as group disputes, while the intensified group contradictions and disputes in which the masses have committed illegal and excessive acts are called group events.
First, why is it wrong to attribute the root cause of group disputes and incidents to the loss of interests?
The greatest role of human society is the division of labor and cooperation between people. Cooperation means the centralized use of resources, which will inevitably lead to the reduction of resources occupied by some people and the increase of resources occupied by others. And the possession of material, human and other resources to change the name is the interest. Therefore, it can be said that the increase or decrease of interests is a normal thing for human society. Second, the causes of group disputes
I think we should study the causes of group disputes from both subjective and objective aspects:

Implicit interests mainly refer to public interests and many other things that may make people feel safe and full of hope for the future. Anger refers to a person who has endured many losses of interests, suddenly broke out in new disputes, and became extremely emotional and unable to communicate. Although everyone knows that anger is not good, as a human instinct, it is hard to avoid. At present, the parties to many disputes are importunate and unreasonable, and the disposal personnel of government departments regard such personnel as unruly. Behind this phenomenon is often anger. Law enforcement departments, especially public security organs, feel that the law enforcement environment is getting more and more difficult, and I think the reason is also the anger of the masses. In some complicated disputes, the handlers must look higher and farther, seriously investigate and consider whether there is anger and why there is anger, so as to find the crux of the dispute and handle it properly.
(2) The attitude of the masses towards conflicts of interest is their subjective condition. Attitudes can be divided into three types: humility, compromise and persistence. The attitude of the masses towards conflict depends on the relationship between two or more parties. People who unite and cooperate generally adopt a humble or compromise attitude. Third, group disputes become the cause of the incident.

The influence of group disputes and incidents

The occurrence of group disputes and incidents has brought people the opportunity to deal with the government. Therefore, group disputes and incidents not only bring trouble and pressure to the government, but also give the government an opportunity to let the masses know about the government, that is, give the government an opportunity to win the trust of the people and unite with the masses.
According to the whole development process of group disputes and incidents, the masses will judge for themselves "government, law, society, friends, etc." They are all reliable and credible, form an understanding, and then decide whether the relationship with other people and the government is mutual trust or hostility. 1, understanding and attitude towards interests
Interests mean resources, money means material resources, and rights mean human resources. The government's understanding and attitude towards interests will determine whether the image of the government as a distributor of public resources in the eyes of the masses is stingy, generous, extravagant or frugal. Universal rules, such as morality and law, represent the interests of all. For the government, observing these rules can reflect the consistency of the interests of the government and the masses. Non-compliance will naturally split the interests of the government and the masses, further leading to the opposition between the government and the masses. Therefore, the government must abide by the universal rules.
Specific rules, such as departmental rules, special provisions in a specific period, hidden rules, etc., represent the interests of specific groups. For the government, observing these rules means putting the interests of the whole people under the interests of specific groups, which will inevitably lead to the loss of the interests of the whole people and the public. On the contrary, if you don't abide by these rules and stick to your own behavior, it can be regarded as safeguarding the interests of the whole people and the public. Therefore, for specific rules, the government should dare to reform and innovate.
Establishing and using new rules correctly and reasonably can often solve a series of problems once and for all, just as many government departments and institutions like to solve problems by establishing new rules, such as issuing documents and formulating systems, but at the same time, they should deeply understand the harm of excessive establishment and use of rules. For the masses, too much establishment and use of rules not only increases the cost of doing things, but also inhibits their creativity and vitality; For the government, it not only increases the management cost, but also provides an environment and hotbed for bureaucracy and buck passing. Therefore, we must be careful to establish rules to avoid the phenomenon of going too far.
There is a very bad phenomenon in today's society, "leaders can't do anything if they pay attention to it;" Leaders can't do anything without paying attention to it. 3. Understanding and attitude towards yourself
Self-awareness and attitude determine whether a person is proud or modest, active or passive.

According to dialectical materialism, we know that consciousness comes from matter, but it reacts on matter. Although human consciousness cannot change matter.

Now the work of maintaining stability faces many difficulties. If we always attribute the reasons for poor work to lack of money, people, departments and systems, the work will never be finished.
4. People's understanding and attitude
Historical materialism tells us that the state and society are not owned by the government, but by the whole people. The development of the country and society is not the responsibility of the government alone, and the government is unable to undertake such an important task, because the core production task of development is borne by the working people. The function of the government is to create all convenient conditions for the broad masses of working people and make them produce better and faster, that is, to serve the people wholeheartedly. This tells us that the relationship between the government and the masses is a partnership.
In the feudal society of China for more than 2,000 years, the imperial court regarded the people either as slaves or as enemies. Even the most wise emperor regarded the people as his own at best. Under this attitude, the court naturally hoped that the stupider the people, the better, out of its own self-interest. This is the origin of ignorance. Smart, brave and collective-minded people sometimes bring some pressure to the government, but at the same time they also bring more motivation and hope for national rejuvenation.
