A real yoga school

Indian philosophers practice yoga in order to make boring truth vivid. Sages pass on these experiences to future generations through practice. According to their own teaching, practice and guidance to inheritors, the gurus of past dynasties formed different schools of yoga.

No matter which way we take and how we practice, we cannot do without the tools at hand: body, consciousness, emotion and reason.

According to the Bhagavad-gita, it is important to have the following yoga schools throughout Indian history.

Yoga (KarmaYoga)

Causal yoga, also known as walking yoga, is a practice method to evolve the mind. Night yoga pays attention to cause and effect, and what kind of cause has what kind of fruit. It believes that behavior is the first expression of life, such as eating, drinking, talking and acting. Yoga advocates paying attention to the inner world and guiding more perfect behavior through inner spiritual activities.

Yoga believes that when a person is born, he has a certain position, a certain position and certain obligations in the world. Make good use of this strong body to work, serve all sentient beings selflessly and without asking for returns, and turn time work into service spirit, thus getting rid of selfishness and self-dependence. Do things voluntarily, expect nothing in return, and be kind to others. As long as you serve the public and do your duty, you are evolving your mind.

Wisdom yoga (JnanaYoga)

Wisdom yoga is also called wisdom yoga. Wisdom yoga pays attention to philosophy, advocates the cultivation of knowledge concepts, liberates from ignorance and achieves sacred knowledge. Ordinary people say that knowledge is limited to the appearance of life and material, and this low-level knowledge can be obtained directly or indirectly. The knowledge sought by wisdom yoga requires yogis to turn inward in an instant and experience and understand Brahma, the god of creation, through the essence of all external materials. By reading the classics, we can understand the Upanishads in the book and gain the sacred essence. Yoga practitioners rely on yoga practice to enhance the vitality of life. Open the Brahma chakra above your head, let Brahma enter the body and gain supreme wisdom.

New yoga

Belief yoga is also called dedication yoga. People who believe in yoga believe that the essence of truth is love, and only when the heart is full of love can it be integrated with the ultimate truth. Love the truth of the universe, love all sentient beings in which the truth appears, and actively and unconditionally love all sentient beings, which is a dedicated service to the absolute whole.

Raja yoga (Bhakti)

Raja Yoga is also known as Eight Branches Yoga. The whole spiritual strength is condensed through the eight branches of yoga, which is also the way of meditation, and is composed of the famous eight branches of yoga. If Hada yoga is the key to open the door to yoga, Raja yoga is the way to focus on thinking and pranayama.

Raja yoga usually uses some postures such as lotus to meditate and gives up most postures. He often sits with lotus flowers and practices meditation to feel the movement of the entity and control the circulation of qi pulse in the body.

HathaYoga

Hada yoga is also called hatha yoga.

Hada Yoga stresses physiology, which is a system of body cleaning, breathing and various physical exercise methods. The oldest classic work about Hada Yoga was published in16 _17th century: The Light of Hada Yoga. Hada means the sun and the moon, which can also be understood as resolute and correct behavior. One is the body system.

People's daily ideological activities are mostly disorderly harassment and waste of ability, such as fatigue, excitement, sadness and excitement. Only a small part of human energy is used to sustain life. Usually, if this imbalance is not too serious, you can naturally restore balance through rest. However, if we can't take the initiative to realize and adjust ourselves, this disorder will intensify day by day, leading to mental and physical diseases.

Pose method can break the original disturbance, eliminate the factors of physical anxiety, stop the vicious circle, clear the stagnation of the nervous system in the body through pranayama, and control the energy of the body through bunching and use it.

At present, various schools of yoga mainly belong to Hada yoga system, which is the copy and extension of Hada yoga by the founder combined with his own practice experience.
