The two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in promoting automobile power package and vehicle sales business, battery energy package business, power exchange business, green power trading and smart energy service business, and capital cooperation.

According to the agreement, BAIC New Energy, Huaxia Travel and other companies under BAIC Group will promote the car power service package of State Grid and jointly create the "eco-marketing model of car power piles". State Grid Electric Vehicle Company and BAIC New Energy will continue to carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of power exchange, and strive to fully build 1000 power exchange stations before the end of June 20021year, serving no less than 10000 power exchange vehicles nationwide.

In terms of battery energy package business, the two parties will cooperate in the field of battery operation, and based on the business model of battery-changing vehicles, we will study the links of battery purchase, lease, operation, echelon utilization and recycling, and formulate a battery life cycle management operation plan.

In terms of power exchange business, the two sides will jointly build and operate power grids and power stations, promote the "trinity" energy service station for power exchange, charging and energy storage, meet the energy demand of new energy vehicles, participate in auxiliary power grid services, flexibly adjust power grid load, and empower the power exchange station to adjust peak and valley value-added services.

In terms of smart energy service business, both parties are exploring the inclusion of electric vehicle charging and replacing power stations, community users' charging piles, electric vehicle production bases and other loads in green power transactions, so as to promote the orderly charging of electric vehicles and the popularization and application of V2G technology. It is worth mentioning that on the day of the signing ceremony, Jinan 1 Power Exchange Station, the "first power exchange station" jointly operated by State Grid Electric Vehicle Company and BAIC Blue Valley Smart Energy, was officially put into operation. The daily power exchange capacity of the power exchange station can reach more than 300 times, and the power exchange time is faster than that of the refueling vehicle. In addition, the power station has advanced cloud battery management technology, which can realize remote upgrade and intelligent charging. It is estimated that 10 power station will be built and operated in Jinan this year, serving at least 1000 new energy vehicles in Jinan.
