Anthropology book recommendation

The word anthropology means the study of human beings.

The name of this subject first appeared in the book Anthropology-About the Advantages, Essence and Characteristics of Man, and the Composition, Parts and Elements of Man by the German philosopher Hans Hundt1501.

Anthropology has traditionally been divided into four branches:

Physical anthropology, social anthropology (or cultural anthropology), archaeology, linguistic anthropology, each branch has a finer branch.

China officially used the word "anthropology" in 19 16, and Sun Xuewu published the article "Outline of Anthropology" in Science magazine of Chinese Science Society.

So I recommend the following two books:

1. Golden wings

Author: Lin

No matter at home or abroad, if you study China's family system, you must read a book. Without much conceptual analysis, this book depicts a story that unfolds like a novel. All the stories revolve around the family and clan system, but all the stories are not just annotations of the family and clan system. This is like a tightly woven net, no matter which clue will affect the whole.

2. jiang village economy

Author: Fei Xiaotong

Malinowski said in the preface of jiang village economy that this book is a milestone in the history of social anthropology, and the most important basis is that the author studied "not a trivial small tribe, but the greatest country in the world".

For reference.
