1, frequently waxed

In fact, waxing cars can be done in places with more rain in the south, because rain contains a lot of acidic substances. The north doesn't need to wax cars often. In addition, the number of waxing depends on the location where the vehicle is parked. It is best to choose car wax with moderate detergency and no abrasive components. Besides, the new car has a layer of wax, so there is no need to wax it. For a new car, there is no need to wax it within 5 months after buying it.

The more oil and liquid, the better. Many riders think that it is best to add more oil/liquid to the engine compartment to avoid shortage when using the car for a long time, so they will add some oil/liquid such as glass water, antifreeze team and engine oil from time to time. However, not everything is the more the better. In terms of adding engine oil, it is best to add it according to the requirements of the maintenance manual. Glass water, antifreeze and brake fluid can be added according to the scale line on the liquid storage tank.

3. Replace the three filters together.

As soon as many car owners feel that there is a problem with the total speed of the car, they will drive to Shop 45 to replace the three filters, thinking that as long as the three filters are clean, there will be no problem when the car runs. In order to earn more working hours, the maintenance personnel in Shop 45 are naturally willing to help you change all the three filters. In fact, there is absolutely no need to replace the three screens together. According to the mileage recommended by the manual (entry, pictures, inquiry) and local weather conditions, the replacement cycle can be decided. If you drive less, you don't have to change all three filters, just change the oil and machine filter.

4, less than the first maintenance or kilometers.

In general, the first maintenance time and kilometers should be 6 months or 5000 kilometers, which will be indicated in the vehicle maintenance manual (the first maintenance of different models is slightly different). But for many novices, they don't know much about vehicle maintenance information. It is believed that the after-sales staff of 45 stores carried out maintenance twice within 6,000 kilometers, and replaced the mechanical filter twice, and some even replaced the steam filter, with an interval of only 3,000 kilometers (the normal interval mileage is 5,000-7,500 kilometers). Therefore, this practice of 4s is unreasonable. Although there is no harm, it is too frequent and unnecessary, resulting in external expenses. 5. Different brands of coolant are mixed. Some car owners put other people's coolant in their cars for the sake of cheapness or convenience. Although it saves trouble, it is a big mistake. Different brands of coolants may have different chemical properties and preservatives, so they cannot be mixed. Mixed use is easy to accelerate the aging of cars.
