In order to solve the problem of more Chinese medicine practitioners taking up posts, the state has opened a green channel.

People who study Chinese medicine as apprentices or who have obtained expertise in Chinese medicine through years of practice may apply for taking the qualification examination for doctors specializing in Chinese medicine.

In view of the method of obtaining evidence from skilled and undocumented Chinese medicine practitioners, we have adopted the method of no academic qualifications, canceled the written test and implemented expert appraisal for assessment. Obtaining the qualification certificate of Chinese medicine specialist is the welfare of Chinese medicine practitioners with special skills.

20 18 The Chinese Medicine Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) promulgated by the state clearly stipulates that:

1.2020 unlicensed medical practice will be banned, classified as illegal medical practice and incorporated into the criminal law;

2. In 2020, all rural doctors were abolished and changed to Chinese medicine specialists and rural general assistant doctors;

3. The coverage rate of community TCM clinics should reach 80% to 85%.

However, the state has decided to develop Chinese medicine, let go of folk examinations, and look at the curative effect instead of academic qualifications. As long as you get the qualification certificate of Chinese medicine specialist, you can practice medicine independently, open a clinic independently and have the right to prescribe independently!

According to the "Measures for the Qualification Examination of Traditional Medical Students and the Qualification Examination of Real Talents and Practical Doctors", the registration conditions for the qualification examination of real talents and practical doctors are as follows:

Teacher exam registration conditions:

First, the apprentice should have a high school education or equivalent, and study with the teacher for 3 years.

Two, the apprentice instructor should also meet the following conditions:

(1) Having the qualifications of practicing doctors of traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine;

(two) engaged in clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine or ethnic medicine 15 years or more, or with the qualifications of professional and technical positions above the deputy chief physician of traditional Chinese medicine or ethnic medicine;

(3) Having rich clinical experience and unique technical expertise;

(four) abide by the law, abide by professional ethics, good reputation;

(five) adhere to the clinical practice in medical institutions, can complete the teaching task.

Three, teachers should sign a teacher-apprentice relationship contract with the instructor, which is formulated by state administration of traditional chinese medicine.

Four, the teacher relationship contract shall be notarized by a notary organ at or above the county level, and the learning time with the teacher shall be calculated from the date of notarization.

Five, the instructor shall not teach more than two at the same time.
