First, the scope of appraisal

(2) Education

2. Full-time unified recruitment of science and engineering education (learning) background, university graduation, and 1 year probation period, you can hire the professional assistant title;

4. Ph.D. graduates with science and engineering education (learning) background can be employed with intermediate titles.

(3) Evaluation conditions

Personal annual assessment is qualified or above.

(4) Conditions for continuing education

According to the requirements of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for continuing education of professional and technical personnel, the time for professional and technical personnel to participate in continuing education should be no less than 80 hours each year (public courses should be no less than 24 hours and professional courses should be no less than 56 hours).

Third, the registration method and material submission requirements

(1) Registration method

(2) Requirements for submission of materials

Fourth, other requirements.
