The meaning of the word "Fu" in China's traditional culture, in Oracle Bone Inscriptions, is a knowing word to pour wine on the altar with both hands, which means to pray for the gods to bring everything smoothly. There is a saying in the Book of Rites: "Those who are blessed are also called shun." Now it means happiness and blessing.

The whole word means "holding a bottle of wine in both hands, offering it to the ancestors' gods and asking them to bless you."
When explaining the meaning of the word "Fu", Shuo Wen Jie Zi said "You Ye", which means blessing and blessing. With the development of Chinese characters, the Fuzi configuration of Xiaozhuan is the basic character, and "Fu" is also used as the phonetic side of pictophonetic characters such as "Fu, Fu, Amplitude, Fu ……", which has been used ever since.
