What is the relationship between World of Warcraft Sylvanas Windrunner and Valimathas?

Preface

WarCraft takes place in a mythical world called Azeroth, on Draenor, a long, narrow continent. The world of Azeroth originally consisted of two separate continents, Lordaeron in the east and Azeroth, and the second incursion of the Burning Legion prompted the inhabitants of the various races on the continent of Azeroth to put aside their old grudges and unite*** in defense of their homeland, including the continent of Kalimdor (the wilderness in the south, the lush Ashenvale in the north), which is inhabited by a large number of people. with the dense Ashenvale Forest in the north) with the mysterious Elven race. Searching for the source of these undead plagues, both the Human Alliance of Lordaeron and the High Elves of Quel'Thalas stumbled upon a barren, frozen land, Northrend, which was home to the Witch-King Naiad and the ancient civilization of Azjol-Nerub. Azjol-Nerub] kingdom of the ancient civilization. In short, Azeroth is a world of all shapes and sizes, settled by creatures of many races, such as humans, orcs, dwarves, gnomes, dark elves, trolls, minotaurs, and dragons.

The following timeline of the WarCraft world tells you a sweeping story and thrilling wars that have taken place on this magical continent, beginning with the story of the Titan gods who created the world of Azeroth ...... until the opening of the World of Warcraft [World of WarCraft] story .

The Titans and the formation of the universe

No one knows exactly how the universe began. Some theorize that an uncontrolled catastrophic explosion sent an endless swarm of worlds spinning into darkness - these worlds then took on incredible life forms and vastly different jungles. Others believe that the universe was created as a whole by some powerful entity. While the origins of the chaotic universe are unknown, at least one thing is certain: a powerful race brought stability to the worlds, and a prospect of stability to the other races that followed in that powerful race's footsteps.

The Titans, giant metal-skinned gods from the far reaches of the universe, explored the newborn cosmos and busied themselves on the worlds they encountered. They molded world after world by "uprooting" mountains and "building" oceans, they made the air breathable and gave the worlds an atmosphere. But this was only a small part of their visionary plan to "bring order to chaos," and they even enlisted the help of the primitive races to keep their respective worlds intact.

At the dawn of creation, under the rule of a great pantheon of gods, the Titans broke through the darkness and accomplished hundreds of millions of transformations to the world of Chaos. The holy Pantheon, struggled to maintain these constructed worlds and were constantly on guard against the evil forces that twisted the Underworld. The Underworld connects countless worlds, an omnipresent chaotic magic, a nest of countless evil creatures bent on devouring the energy of the living worlds. The Titans, unable to anticipate sinful life forms, struggle to find a way to end the demonic threat.

The Betrayal of Sargeras

For a time, evil entities from the Twisted Underworld intruded into the world of the Titans, and the Pantheon elected Sargeras, the mightiest warrior, the most formidable of the first line of defense. For thousands of years, the noble giant Sargeras, who dissolves copper and iron, has done his duty, destroying demons whenever he finds them. Over the millennia, Sargeras has encountered 2 powerful races of demons, both out to gain power and dominate the universe.

The Aeridar, a race of evil sorcerers, relied on sorcery to invade many worlds, with the indigenous populations being turned into demons by their witch book magic. While the power of Sargeras was more than enough to deal with the Eredar, he was lost in contemplation over these populations that had been transformed into demons. As this great Titan could not conceive of such depravity, he fell into agonizing contemplation. Though he was disturbed, he eliminated the Eredar sorcerers from the universe and sealed them in a corner of the Chaos Underworld.

As his doubts deepened, Sargeras was ordered to banish another force that wanted to undermine the order of the Titans: the Nathrezim, a dark race of vampires (also known as the Dreadnoughts) who had also conquered a number of worlds by leading their inhabitants into darkness. Their method of bringing creatures into the darkness is to manipulate their consciousness, causing them to hate and lose faith. Sargeras defeated the Nathrezim easily, but the Nathrezim's depravity affected him y.

Bewilderment and despair disrupted Sargeras's breathing, and he lost all faith, not just in the quest, but in his entire ordered vision. Ultimately he believes that making order is folly, that darkness and depravity are absolute in a dark, lonely universe. His men urge him to give up his wrong ideas, but he ignores their "optimistic fantasies" of "self-foolishness". After breaking with his identity, Sargeras set out to find his place in the universe. While the Pantheon mourned his loss, the Titans could hardly predict how far their brother would go.

As madness consumed the last of his brave soul, Sargeras held the Titans themselves responsible for the failure of Creation. In the end, he decides to build an unstoppable army to destroy the previously ordered worlds created by the Titans.

Even Sargeras' Titan form became twisted, and sin tainted his otherwise holy heart. His eyes, hair, and beard let out flames, and his metallic outer skin cracked, with fiery furnaces representing rage protruding from his body.

The enraged Sargeras tore apart the prisons of Eredar and Nathrezim, releasing sickening demons. These cunning creatures bowed their heads at the roar of the titanic waves, and were about to do whatever evil they could for their masters! From the mighty Eredar, Sargeras chose two warriors to command the legions of demons. Kilgardan the Deceiver was sent to scout out the other most evil races in the universe and recruit them. The second warrior, Akmund the Destroyer, was sent to lead the army to defeat all forces that stood in the way of this Titan's will.

Kilgardan's first step was to capture the vampire Dreadlords. The Dreadlords, as investigators, were more than willing to seek out primitive races in the universe for their masters and hand them over to be "tainted" and subsequently integrated into the army. Titodios the Dark was the first to serve, and Kilgardan's first perfect pawn to bring the burning will of Sargeras to every corner of the universe.

The mighty Arkmund also found minions for himself. He called upon the sinful Lords of the Abyss and their savage leader, Manolos the Destroyer. Arkmund wished to build up an outstanding power capable of destroying all life.

When Sargeras saw that his army had grown in size and could obey his every command, he swung his army into the dark and infinite universe. He called his growing army the Burning Legion. To this day, an unknown number of worlds in the universe have burned in their evil jihad. ......

The Ancient Gods and the Order of Azeroth

The Titans, unaware of Sargeras's actions in destroying the fruits of their labors, continued to march on, world by world, bringing order to every world they saw. of order. In their path, they stumbled upon a small world that the later inhabitants called Azeroth. While crafting the landscape of this world, the Titans encountered a hostile group of elemental beings, these elemental envelopes some evil creatures that were said to be ancient gods who swore to cast the Titans out of this world, they didn't want the Titan's to remake the world with their metal hands.

Thwarted, the Pantheon launched a war to defeat the ancient gods and their evil leaders. Led by Ragnaros, Lord of Fire, Therazane, Mother of Stone, Al'Akir, Lord of Wind, and Neptulon, the Tidehunter, the armies of the ancient gods marched menacingly across the land and collided with the giant Titans. Though much more powerful than humans, the elementals were never a match for the Titans, and were eventually wiped out one by one.

The Pantheon tore apart the fortress of the Ancient Gods and suppressed the chain of five evil gods deep underground in this world. Without the ancient gods' control over the spiritual forces of this world, the elements were banished to the darkness, where they would fight each other for eternity, and as the elements dispersed, nature quieted down, and the world entered into an orderly melody, and the Titans, seeing that there was no longer a threat, resumed their work.

The Titans gave some of the races power to assist them in decorating the world and assisting them in digging some underground caves. The Titans used magic to create earth and stone elements similar to the dwarves to assist them in digging and reclaiming the earth, and created the giant and amiable Poseidon. This was done for many years until finally a perfect continent was left on the surface. In the center of the continent, the Titans carved a lake of shimmering energy. This lake became known as the Fountain of Eternity, and the water supported the life of the world. Its latent power nourished the bones of the world, life began to flourish, and the spring provided the soil in which life could take root. Soon all kinds of crops, trees, and creatures flourished. As dawn fell, at the end of the last day's work, the Titans named the continent "Kalimdor" - the land of eternal starlight.

The Duties of the Dragons

Having completed the transformation of the small world of Azeroth, the Titans were satisfied and ready to leave. But before they set out on their journey, ready to patrol Kalimdor once more lest certain species might spoil their gains, they encountered a powerful species. In those days, there were a lot of dragons. And it was there that the five dragon groups that harnessed each other's power were chosen by the Titans to nurture the world. The many gods of the Pantheon poured a portion of their power into the five leaders of the packs, and these majestic dragons (details of which will be listed later) were made into a majestic race, the Dragons.

Aman'Thul, the High Ancestor of the Pantheon, bestowed a portion of his limitless power upon the potent golden dragon, Nozdorm, and tasked him with guarding the time, as well as spotting misdirected destinies in time. The ascetic yet divine Nozdorm is called "Forever".

Eonar, the Titan's life-giver, gave part of her power to the red dragon Alexstrasza, who has been known as the Life-Binder ever since, and whose job it is to protect all creatures of the world. Because of her superior intelligence and endless passion, Alixtasa was crowned Dragon Queen and given dominion over her species.

Eonar also blessed Alixtazar's sister, the green dragon Isla, and was sensitized by nature, Isla entered into eternal sleepwalking, where her job was to awaken from the dream of creation. Known as the God of Dreams, she watches over the world's wild species from her own immature realm, the Emerald Green Dream.

Norgannon, the Titan's wise counselor and leader of the mages, gave part of his power to the blue dragon, Marigold. Since then Marigoth has been called the Magic Maker, master of magic and guardian of mystical nature.

Marigoth, the world-fixer of the Titans, gave part of his power to the black dragon Nessario, who with a kind heart became known as the Guardian of the Earth, with the power to rule and give power to the world, both above and below ground, and became the most powerful assistant of Alixtazar.

Thus assigned, these five species became responsible for the defense of the world during the years of the Titans' absence. The dragons began to guard the fruits of the Titans, and the Titans left Azeroth for good. Unfortunately, it was only a matter of time before Sargeras was to discover the fledgling world.

The World in Awakening, The Fountain of Eternity

1,000 years ago, when mankind and the Beasts first collided, the world of Azeroth spawned only a continent surrounded by sea water, a vast land mass called Kalimdor that supported a vast array of different species, all of which faced the cruelty of nature through competition in this world in awakening. In the center of the continent there is a mysterious lake that shimmers with energy. This lake, later called the Eternal Spring, is the heart of the world's magical and natural forces, and the Incredible Spring draws endless potential energy from the dark world below to nourish life forms.

Later, a primitive tribe of nocturnal humanoids cautiously came to this magical spring. These primitive humanoids were drawn to the spring's magic and built their primitive home on the spring's winding shoreline. As time flowed, the spring began to influence the tribe, making them stronger, wiser, and granted immortality. The tribe adopted the name Kadori, which in the tribe's accent means "children of the stars", and celebrated their budding society by building magnificent structures and temples on the shores of the lake.

The Khadori, later known as the Dark Elves, worshiped the moon goddess Elen, and believed that the moon goddess slept beneath the shimmering waters of the lake during the day, and the early seers of the Night Elves studied the spring with great curiosity, probing its depths. As this society grew, the Night Elves explored the continent of Kalimdor and encountered other species, the only ones that stopped them in their tracks were the ancient dragons. These resourceful, massive beasts hide themselves from time to time, but they have done much to protect the world from the dangers of the present. When the Night Elves realized that the dragons played the role of guardians of the world, they promised to keep their identity a secret for the dragons.

Later, the Night Elves' curiosity led them to meet many powerful friends, among them Sennarius (remember? The boss behind the 5,000 logs of Grom in Orc), the extraordinary guardian of the jungle. The kindly Sennaris is very fond of the curious Night Elves, and spends a great deal of time telling them about the mysteries of nature. Serene Kadori casts a spell over the forests of Kalimdor and reveals the harmonious balance of the world.

The seemingly long period of time passed in a flash, and the Night Elves developed themselves both civilizationally and territorially. Their temples, roads, and dwellings stretched across the dark continent. Azshara, queen of the night elves gifted with beauty, built magnificent palaces on the shores of spring lakes, and the halls where her servants lived were inlaid with gems. Her servants, whom she called Quel'dori or Nobles, were fiercely loyal to her every command and considered themselves superior to the other Night Elves. Though all love the queen as much as the others, the nobles suffer from a secret and great jealousy.

The Queen, like the Seer, was curious about the lake, and ordered the nobles to discover what it really meant to the world. The nobles threw themselves into the study of the lake's waters and never stopped for a moment. It didn't take long for them to have the ability to control the immense energy of the spring. As they gained more experience, and while they rested, they surprisingly realized that they could create and destroy! The nobles threw themselves into it more and more and wanted to become proficient in this power. Though they knew that irresponsible use of magic was dangerous, the queens and nobles threw themselves recklessly into the study of magic. Sennaris and a few dry old scholars found that frolicking in the serenity of this magical artifact could only lead to disaster, but despite this, Azshara and her elves stubbornly expanded their budding magic.

As their power increased, Azshara and the nobles underwent a marked change; they became arrogant and brutalized the other night elves. A disheveled and blistered face obscured Azshara's once charming beauty. She began withdrawing from the study and refused to associate or trust these nobles.

A young scholar, Mafario Storm's Fury (brother of Illidan), who spends a great deal of time studying Druidic culture, suspects that a terrible force has tainted the nobles, and his beloved queen. Though he cannot predict the coming evil, he can assert that the Night Elves will soon be changed drastically and never recover.

The Ancient War

10,000 Years Before Warcraft I

The Noble's misuse of the magic of the Eternal Spring flooded the spring, and the spring's energy's fluctuated toward the darkness of the universe. This stream of energy happens to be sensed by the dreaded Fae spirit. Sargeras, the worst enemy of all life, the Destroyer of Worlds, sensed this energy and wanted to know its source. Upon scouting the world of Primal Azeroth and sensing the endless energy of the Eternal Spring, Sargeras developed an uncontrollable hunger. The dark god of emptiness decided to destroy the budding world and absorb its energy.

Sargeras gathered his vast Burning Legion and marched to Azeroth. The legions were filled with millions of screaming demons from every corner of the universe, hungry for conquest. Sargeras' generals, Akmund the Destroyer and Manoloth the Destroyer, and their hellish demons are ready to attack at any moment.

Queen Azshara, tormented and crippled by her own magic, became a victim of Sargeras, and she provided him with a portal to this world, even as her noble servants, inevitably tainted, began to worship their god, Sargeras. To demonstrate their loyalty, the nobles opened the Vortex Portal for their queen in the depths of the Eternal Spring.

When all was ready, Sargeras launched a disastrous invasion of Azeroth. Demon warriors of the Burning Legion stormed the world through the Vortex and surrounded the Night Elves' City of Night. Arkmund and Manolos swarmed in with their armies and swept through Kalimdor, passing through nothing but ruin and misery. Demon wizards summoned the hellfire of the Meteorite Class to smash the temples of the sylvan gods. Bloodthirsty Doomguards crisscrossed the continent of Kalimdor, slaying every creature they encountered on the way. Hordes of demonic soldiers ravaged unresisting villages. Though the valiant Khadoran warriors stubbornly resisted, they could not stop the legions of butcher knives from cutting away their land piece by piece.

The task of saving the allies fell to Mafario Stormrage. His brother Illidan, who had also studied the magic of the nobles, was enraged by the taint of the noble mind. After Mafario convinced him to abandon that dangerous delusion, he set out to find Sennarius and organize a resistance. The beautiful young priestess Tyrande Windspeaker also agrees to help the brothers of Storm's Fury in the name of Allen. Though both Mafario and Illidan are in love with the materialistic priestess Tyrande, her heart belongs to Mafario alone, and Illidan is disgusted by his brother's love for Tyrande, but his heartbreak is nothing compared to his desire for magic.

Addicted to magic, Illidan forces himself to endure the pain and keep himself from touching the energy of the spring. With Tyrande's help, Illidan took control of his emotions and helped his brother find Sennarius, the jungle guardian who lived in seclusion in the Moonlight Marsh at the peak of Mount Hyjal . Sennaris helps the Night Elves find the ancient dragon. The red dragon, Alixtazar, also promises to lead his pack against the demons of hell.

Sennaris, gathered the elves of the Enchanted Forest to form an army of tree people and led them in a valiant ground assault on the Burning Legion. As the Night Elves gathered at the Temple of Azshara and the Eternal Spring, the battle rose. Mafario, however, realized that the Burning Legion could not be defeated by military force.

While the overwhelming battle boils over Azshara's capital, the Queen indulges in fantasies about the arrival of Sargeras. The Burning Legion prepares to cross the Eternal Spring to the ruined world. The surface of the Eternal Spring boils as the massive legions arrive, and Azshara rallies her most powerful nobles. Only by concentrating their power on a single spell could they create a gate large enough for Sargeras to pass through.

As the battle spread across the burning continent of Kalimdor, something terrible happened. No one remembers the details, only that Nessario, the land dragon group, crumbled under the deadly assault of the Burning Legion, and the dark forces hidden in their hearts awakened, renaming himself Deathwing and taking the five dragon groups away from the battlefield.

Deathwing's sudden betrayal brought great destruction, as the five dragon packs suffered irreversible physical and mental damage, Alixtazar and the other friendly dragon packs had to abandon their biological alliance, and Mafario and his comrades nearly died nine deaths.

Convinced that the Eternal Spring is the centerpiece of the demons' entry into the world, Mafario insists on destroying the spring. His comrades knew that this spring was their power to live forever, and were horrified at such a reckless idea, but Tyrande still appreciated Mafario's wisdom, and she convinced Sennarius to join his men in attacking the Temple of Azshara and attempting to seal the Eternal Spring forever.

The World's Decision

Learning that the lake would cost him his magic once it was destroyed, Illidan selfishly gave up on organizing a departure to find the nobles and inform them of Mafario's plans. Thinking about his desire for mana and his brother's affair with Tyrande, Illidan was near insane and showed no remorse for his actions. He betrayed his brother and sided with the people of Azshara, vowing to protect the springs by any means necessary.

Mafario, who was devastated by his brother's departure, led his allies to the center of Azshara's temple. As they stormed the halls, they happened to find the nobles ****ing together in the ultimate dark magic ritual. Their ritual was creating an unstable, massive vortex deep out of the churning lake, and the dangerous shadow of Sargeras was getting closer and closer to the ground. Mafario and allies launch the charge.

Azshara had been warned by Illidan and had long prepared for this battle. Almost all of Mafario's allies fall before the Queen. Tyrande tried to attack the Queen from behind, but was tackled by the guards, and though she eventually scrambled to drag herself away, she was badly injured. Mafario's blood raged as he saw his beloved fall, and he sought to kill Azshara.

As the battle escalated inside and outside the temple, Illidan appeared on the banks of the spring. He knelt down next to the spring and filled it with flashing energy in a magical bottle of his own making. The demons would destroy the entire Night Elf civilization, so thinking, he decided to steal this holy water for his own use.

In the ensuing battle Mafario and Azshara threw the nobles' discreet use of magic into chaos. The destabilizing vortex deep in the lake exploded with a devastating blast, a massive chain of shockwaves that tore the world apart. The foundations of the temple, and indeed the whole of the suffering land, were immersed in the intense tremors of the explosion. In the midst of the Holy War between the Night Elf Alliance and the Burning Legion, the Eternal Spring twisted in on itself and collapsed.

The explosion tore up the surface and polluted the skies.

The shockwave shook the bones of the world, and seawater filled in the scars of the land. 80% of the continent of Kalimdor was torn apart, with a number of dispersed continents centered on the newly created sea. At the center of the sea, where the Eternal Spring had originally been swirled the forces of anger and chaos. The terrible scar known as the Great Vortex records this history...the ideal world is gone.

Queen Azshara and her nobles wanted to persevere through this ordeal. Tormented by a disaster of their own making, they were dragged to the bottom of the sea by the mighty power of the Spring Shrinking Flame. Cursed to transform into hulking monsters, their forms forever mirror their evil nature.

At the bottom of the Great Vortex, the Naga built themselves a new city, Nazgata, where they recuperated until, 10,000 years later, they reappeared on the surface.

The Sacred Mountain of Hagar and the Gift of Illidan

A handful of Night Elf survivors pooled together to survive the terrible blast, and they found hope of making it to shore on life rafts. In any case, favored by the goddess Ellen, Mafario, Tyrande, and Sennaris also survived the division of the world, and the weary leaders decided to build new homes for their people. As they take a bird's eye view of the ruins of the world, they realize that it was overzealousness that led to the destruction. Though Sargeras and the Burning Legion were repulsed, Mafario and his brothers knew deep down that it was at the great cost of springs.

Some of the nobles also survived unharmed, and they came ashore with the other Night Elves. Though Mafario did not trust their motives, at least their foolish behavior did not lead to a greater disaster.

Hagar When the Night Elves docked, they found the holy mountain Hagar still standing after this explosion. To build a new home for themselves, Mafario and the Night Elves climbed to the top of Hyjal. They traveled through the woods and across the peaks, and were surprised to find the peaceful lake, but the water had been tainted by magic.

Illidan also survived, and reached the peak of Hyjal before the hordes. Madly trying to stem the flow of magic in the world, he pours the water from the magical flask containing the Eternal Spring into the lake on the mountain. The immense energy caused the lake to boil and a new Eternal Spring was formed. Illidan was overjoyed and thought that the new eternal spring was a gift for future generations, but he was still caught by Mafario. Mafario tells Illidan that the energy of the spring is chaotic and that a disaster will occur if this continues, but Illidan ignores it and insists that he won't recycle the magic inside.

Knowing that nothing good could come from Illidan, Mafario decided to punish his brother forever by finding the poison from the underground tombs, which sealed Illidan's power forever. To ensure that his brother would be able to control himself, Mafario made Marvelous Song of Shadows as Illidan's prison warden.

Considering that destroying the new springs would cause an even bigger explosion, the Night Elves decide to leave the springs. Mafario declares that no one is allowed to practice magic with the springs anymore. Led by Sennaris, the group begins practicing the ancient Druidic culture, and with this power, perhaps the land and forest will one day heal!

The World Tree and the Emerald Dream

Warcraft I 9000 Years Ago

For many years, the Night Elves have worked to restore their homeland. The ruined temples and roads of the past had long since decayed, and they were rebuilding new structures in the shadowy woods at the foot of Mount Hyjal. Those dragons that survived soon came to their new dwelling.

The red dragon, Alixtazar, the green dragon, Isla, and the golden dragon, Nozdorm, descended to the tranquil swamps of Druidry to observe the fruits of the Night Elves' labor, and Malfario, who had become the Elder of Druidry, greeted the dragons and told them of the birth of the new Eternal Spring. The dragons were shocked, and they feared that due to this spring, perhaps one day the Burning Legion would descend upon the area again and launch an onslaught. Mafario and the 3 dragons made a **** pact to protect the spring and keep the Burning Legion from finding it again.

Alixtazar, the Lifebinder, put a fruit in the center of the Eternal Spring. The fruit sprouted into a giant tree, whose powerful roots gripped the spring and whose branches seemed to cut across the entire sky. The giant tree became a symbol of the Night Elves' eternal connection to nature, and the energy it emitted healed every wound in the world. The Night Elves named the tree Nordahl, which in their accent means Crown of Heaven.

The god of time, Nozdorm, also cast a spell on the Great Tree to ensure that as long as it existed. The Night Elves will not age, get diseases, or become prey to other species.

Isla, the Dreamer, also casts a spell on the Tree, connecting it to her own realm known as the Emerald Dream. "The realm of the Emerald Dream does not exist in the physical world. In the Dream, Isla weaves every evolution and regression into the world. The fate of the druids is linked to the Dream through the Night Elves of the Great Tree. As part of the agreement, the Druids promised to sleep for thousands of years to ensure that their souls provide infinite access to Isla's dreams. Though they were sad that they would lose thousands of years of their lives, they selflessly surrendered their consciousness to Isla.

Exiled High Elves

Warcraft I 7300 Years Ago

Thousands of years passed, and the Night Elves thrived in the forests they would later call the Valley of Grey. Many of the species that flourished so much before the Big Bang are now abundant again, such as bear monsters and porcupines, which have also reappeared. Under Druid's harmonious leadership, the Night Elves enjoyed an epoch of unparalleled peace and quiet under the starlight.

But the previous nobles were not satisfied. Like Illidan before them, they were delusional about lost magic. They secretly plotted to practice the magic of the Eternal Spring once more. The reckless and outspoken leader of the nobles, Darth Rhema, began to openly taunt the Druids, ridiculing them as cowards who were afraid to dominate magic. Mafario and his companions ignored this and warned the nobles that whoever dared to study spring water magic would be punished by death. In an attempt to get Mafario to take back his words, Darthreema and her people let loose a terrible magical storm on the Grey Hollow Forest.

Unable to stop the magic from threatening him, Druid decided to banish the reckless nobles from their lands. The nobles were happy to leave the five conservative groups, so they prepared their boats and set sail. Though they did not know what lay beyond the Great Vortex, they longed to build their own homes where they could study magic without penalty. The nobles, or Quel'dorei as they should have been called in the old days of Azshara, traveled to the eastern continent known there as Lordaeron. They planned to build the magical home of Quel'thalas and abandon their worship of moonlight and their nocturnal habits. They began to embrace the sunlight and changed their name to High Elves.

Sentinels and Nightwatchmen

With the departure of their compatriots, the Night Elves redirected their main focus back to the protection of their magical home. The Druids realized that their hibernation was coming to an end and prepared to leave their homes and loved ones to sleep again. Tyrande became the highest priestess of Ellen, the Moon Goddess, and she did not want Mafario to leave her again to enter Isla's dreams. Marfario told her that our love is real and I swear we will not be away from each other for long.

Left alone to protect Kalimdor, Tyrande assembled a powerful army from the Night Elf sisters. These brave sisters sworn to defend Kalimdor are called Sentinels. Though they prefer to patrol the dark forests of the Grey Havens at night, they are always there to neutralize threats in time for other allies.

The Jungle Guardian-Demigod Sennaris, still secluded in the Moonlight Marsh at the peak of Mount Hyjal, also constantly patrols the forest and helps the Night Elves keep the peace, and even his shy daughter, dryads, is becoming more and more fond of showing her face.

Keeping the peace keeps Tyrande very busy, and she is not at all happy to not have Mafario by her side. While Druid sleeps, she is always afraid that the demons will come again. She was always unsettled by the fear that the Burning Legion would pierce the dark skies and come back for revenge.
