How to choose the main material of grid structure?

In Hunan, the grid structure is mainly composed of steel pipes, high-strength bolts, steel balls, cone heads, common nuts, brackets, brackets and their connectors. Selection of main materials in grid structure

1. Steel pipe: Q235B steel in GB700 shall be selected, and its quality shall conform to the current national standard "Carbon Structural Steel" GB700-88, and it shall be provided with a certificate of tensile strength, elongation, yield strength (or yield point), sulfur, phosphorus and carbon content and cold bending test. Steel pipe of grid structure shall be carried out in strict accordance with the following links: blanking number, welding, painting, inspection, etc.

2. High-strength bolts: they shall meet the grade of 10.9 in GB1High-strength Hexagon Bolts for Steel Structures and GB/T 16939 High-strength Bolts for Spherical Joints of Steel Grid Structures. 40Cr in GB3077 should be selected, and no parts are allowed in the finished product.

3. Steel ball: The bolt ball adopts No.45 steel in GB699 Technical Specification for High Quality Carbon Structural Steel.

4. Cone head: Q235B steel forgings are selected.

5. Threadless nut: Q235B steel forgings are selected for high-strength holes >: 30: 00,45 steel forgings.

6. Bearings, brackets and their connectors are made of Q235B steel.
