Article 19: The inspection agency shall conduct on-site inspections in accordance with the matters stipulated in Article 4 of the "Inspection Regulations".

Article 20: Depending on the content of the inspection, the inspection agency may adopt different inspection methods such as accompanying police inspections, key inspections, and special inspections.

Article 21: When the inspection agency performs inspection tasks, it shall usually follow the procedures of project establishment, approval, implementation and processing, and shall be reviewed and approved by the leader of the inspection agency.

Inspection of major matters must be approved by the administrative head at the same level, organized and implemented by the chief inspector, and reported to the higher-level inspection agency for record when necessary.

Article 22: There shall be no less than two inspectors when performing on-site inspection tasks. According to the needs of the work, it can take two forms: overt inspection and covert inspection.

When performing inspection tasks, inspectors can wear police uniforms or casual clothes, and must wear inspection badges. When conducting unannounced visits, you should wear casual clothes and carry out work in strict accordance with the approved work plan.

Article 23: Based on the needs of inspection tasks, and with the approval of leaders above the captain of the police inspection team, inspectors may simulate police situations and understand the actual work conditions of the persons being inspected on the spot. After the inspection task is completed, the inspectors shall promptly cancel the police situation established.

No one is allowed to simulate and set up police situations without approval.

Article 24 During on-site inspection, inspectors may obtain information or evidence through recording, photography and video recording.

When necessary, the inspection agency may invite relevant departments and professionals of the public security organ to cooperate with the inspection work.

Article 25: The unit being inspected shall, at the request of the inspector, provide documents, information and information related to the inspection matters, and truthfully answer the questions raised.

Inspectors have the right to inspect or copy materials related to inspection matters.

Article 26: Higher-level inspection agencies may instruct lower-level inspection agencies to inspect special matters, and when necessary, may directly send personnel to conduct inspections.

The lower-level supervision agencies shall, in accordance with the requirements, conscientiously and timely complete the inspection of assigned matters, and report the inspection results to the higher-level supervision agency.

Article 27: Inspection matters that two or more inspection agencies have jurisdiction over shall be handled by the inspection agency of the public security organ that initially accepted the case.

If the jurisdiction is unclear or a dispute arises, it shall be designated by the supervisory agency of the superior public security organ to handle the matter.

Article 28: Supervision agencies of public security organs at all levels shall understand the deployment of major police activities of the public security organs at the same level, and make timely arrangements for inspection work according to the situation.

Article 29: The inspection agency may organize relevant business departments to jointly conduct on-site inspections based on the needs of police inspection work.

Article 30: Supervisory agencies of public security organs at all levels shall, together with relevant departments, organize and carry out police evaluation activities regularly and irregularly every year through various forms such as discussions and questionnaires, and extensively listen to the opinions and opinions of public security agencies from all walks of life. Opinions on the performance of duties, exercise of powers and observance of discipline by the agency and its people's police.

The results of the police review shall be reported to the administrative head at the same level in a timely manner and reported to the supervisory authority of the public security organ at the next higher level for record.

Article 31: Supervisory agencies of public security organs at all levels should truthfully register, carefully verify, and provide timely feedback on complaints from the masses.

If it is verified by the inspection agency that the reported problem is untrue and has caused certain consequences, it should be clarified and the negative impact should be eliminated.

For matters that do not fall within the scope of supervision by the supervision agency, the supervision agency shall immediately transfer them to the relevant departments for processing, and at the same time feed back the situation to the whistleblower or accuser.
