How to make Italian country bread

Italian Country Bread

Recipe:

1000g of flour, 25g of salt, 30g of dry yeast, 15g of improver, 30g of olive oil, 800g of water.  

Methods:

(1) Put all the ingredients into the pasta machine and mix slowly for 3 minutes, then mix quickly for 9 minutes to fully stir up the gluten.

(2) Put the dough into a dusted pan and let it rise for 3 hours, then divide it into 600g sized balls and continue to rise for 1 hour.

(3) Remove the dry powder on the surface and decorate, then bake at 200℃ for 40 minutes.
