How to fry pork liver?
Ingredients preparation: pork liver pig, lean meat
Accessories: ginger, chives, salt, pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce, starch, garlic and sugar.
Practice steps:
1, fresh pork liver 300g, lean pork 250g, several slices of ginger, leek 1, salt 1, pepper 1, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, starch 1 spoon, 2 cloves of garlic, half a spoonful of soy sauce, and 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
2. First, we cut the pork liver into strips about 1 cm wide, and then cut it into small pieces about 1 cm square by changing knives. Similarly, we cut the lean meat into pieces the size of pig liver, then put them into bowls respectively, add water to soak for about 1 hour, and soak the blood out.
3. Chop garlic into minced garlic, shred ginger, cut shallots, and put them on a plate. At the same time, prepare a small plate, and put 2 spoonfuls of cumin noodles, 1 spoon of pepper noodles, 1 spoon of barbecue seasoning and 1 spoon of cooked white sesame seeds in turn for later use.
4. Rinse the pork liver and lean meat pieces soaked in blood for several times until the water becomes clear, then squeeze out the water by hand, put them into a large bowl, add salt, pepper, cooking wine and soy sauce in turn, and then knead the shredded onion and ginger into juice by hand and put them into a bowl.
5. Then fully knead and marinate by hand for 20 minutes, then add 1 tablespoon starch, and knead and stir evenly by hand again for use.
6. Put L frying spoon oil in the pot, then heat it, pour pork liver and lean meat into the pot, and fry slowly on low heat. Everyone should be patient in this step, and keep turning it over when frying until the pork liver is thoroughly fried.
7. When the pork liver is steamed, the surface is almost yellow and cooked. Add a spoonful of cooking wine and stir fry to remove fishy smell and increase fragrance. After the smell volatilizes, we add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
8. After the smell of garlic comes out, add soy sauce and prepared spicy seasoning, add a spoonful of sugar, and stir fry evenly over high heat.
9. After the seasoning is fully blended with pork liver and lean meat, sprinkle with coriander and stir fry a few times.
