Shandong CDC prepackaged food information query small program use process

In order to understand the nutritional labeling of prepackaged foods on the market, promote and guide food production enterprises to actively carry out the "three reductions" action, and further reduce the residents' intake of salt, edible oil, added sugar, under the guidance of Shandong Provincial Health Commission, Shandong Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention designed and developed the "prepackaged food information query applet". "prepackaged food information query applet", is now open to the public.

and displays where the content of the five core nutrients of the food is in the existing database, among similar foods, giving consumers a visual display. The 2021 database is also compared here with the 2014 database to give consumers an idea of the historical changes in the five nutrients.

Go back to the home page again and tap on the category lookup.

Selecting a category reveals a number of food products.

Click on a food item to go to it to see detailed information and analysis of that food item.
