Vowel "four calls"

According to the pronunciation form of initial vowels, vowels can be divided into four categories: open call, straight call, closed call and pinch call, which is called four calls for short. Four tones are determined by the characteristics of rhyme and belly.

1, open call

4. Pinch your mouth and shout

Any vowel that begins with u is called a sandwiched vowel. When pronouncing, the lips are rounded, so it is called pinching. Such as ü, üe, üan, ü n.
