Steps

1. wild buckwheat bleak

2. Seasoning

3. green onion and ginger

4. wash the bleak and slice it into flower knives

5. marinade it with slices of green onion, ginger, cooking wine and salt 6. Put the marinated bleak into the steamer, steam for ten minutes over high heat

7. Sample the steamed bleak into the fish plate
