What does kung fu mean?
As long as you work hard at home, iron bars can be ground into needles. Kung Fu (martial arts), China's martial arts is a comprehensive martial arts system, in which the word "Zen" is an important basis for improving Kung Fu, because Zen is "thinking outside, not being tempted inside". Huineng, the sixth ancestor of Shaolin, said in the Tanjing: Zen is a Sanskrit transliteration of Zen, which literally translates as "abandoning evil", "meritorious jungle" and "ideological cultivation". Its basic meaning is to take a rest and get enlightenment from Jidi. Therefore, Shaolin kungfu is different from other sects and pays attention to "the integration of Zen and martial arts". Among the many meditators in Shaolin Temple, Mingshi is an outstanding representative. Cao Dongzong, an authentic descendant of Shaolin Temple, is a representative of Shaolin Wushu School in China, and the eighth section of Shaolin Wushu. He studied martial arts in Shaolin since childhood, converted to Shi Yongxin, abbot of Songshan Shaolin Temple, and was named Yanwu. He is good at Shaolin traditional kungfu and Sanda, and has done a lot of research on Qigong health preservation, TCM traumatology and natural environment.
