During Party A's operation, Party B must strictly abide by Party A's rules and regulations on safety production, environmental protection, public security and fire control, such as the Code of Safety Production and the Management System of Safety Production, and accept Party A's supervision, inspection and guidance.

4. Party B shall be responsible for the labor protection articles of Party B's personnel during the operation; Party B shall urge on-site operators to wear protective equipment consciously.

5. The solid waste generated during the operation of Party B shall be stored in the designated place according to the regulations of Party A; Waste liquid shall not be poured into the sewer, and shall be collected and treated; Vehicles should prevent oil dripping.

6. When Party B climbs the mountain due to work needs, it must strictly abide by the safety operation regulations and the "Ten Prohibitions" regulations for aerial work; And coordinate with Party A's field personnel to prevent falling objects from hurting people.

7. Due to the need of work, Party B must hold a valid special operation certificate. When an open flame is used, it is necessary to go through the examination and approval of dangerous operations, strictly implement the "ten don't burn" regulations, implement fire prevention and gas protection measures, and designate special personnel for on-site monitoring.

8. Without permission, Party B's personnel shall not operate Party A's crane, machine tools and other equipment. Party B shall be responsible for the safety accidents (economic losses) caused by Party B's personnel violating Party A's various management rules and regulations and safety operation rules.

9. If Party B's personnel are killed or injured due to Party A's reasons, Party A shall implement it according to the national industrial injury treatment regulations; Party B assists in solving the problem.

10. When Party B's vehicle enters Party A's factory, it shall drive according to the speed limit sign of Party A's factory, and the traffic speed limit of the factory10 km/h; Curves, intersections, workshops and warehouses shall not exceed 5 km/h. ..

The specific terms are as follows:

Obligations and powers of Party A:

1. Introduce to Party B the working environment, production characteristics, technology, hazards, factory regulations and various safety systems of the contracted project, and assist Party B in safety education.

2. Provide necessary conditions for safe operation, and issue work tickets for hot work, ground breaking, gas use, water use, temporary electricity use, and entering containers according to the prescribed procedures.

3. Party A shall provide Party B with safe and reliable primary power supply facilities.

4. When Party A's safety inspectors find illegal acts and potential safety hazards at Party B's work site, they have the right to stop Party B and order Party B to stop work and make rectification. The losses caused thereby shall be borne by Party B. ..

5. Check the certificates of Party B's special operators and have the right to stop unlicensed operations.

6. According to the relevant provisions of the Factory Regulations and Factory Law, impose economic penalties on Party B's illegal acts.

7. After signing this contract, both parties confirm that there is no labor safety dispute before financial settlement.

Obligations of Party B:

1. Party B shall strictly abide by Party A's factory rules and regulations and various safety management systems, strictly implement Party A's working ticket system for special operations, issue working tickets according to the prescribed procedures before hot work, ground breaking, gas removal, water removal, temporary electricity utilization and container entry, and designate a special person to be responsible for on-site supervision.

2. Make a safety construction plan according to the project, and solicit opinions from Party A. ..

3. The machines and equipment meet the safety requirements, the safety accessories are complete and reliable, and Party A shall take the initiative to accept the inspection and verification.

4. On-site construction personnel should wear protective equipment that meets the requirements, and special operations personnel must hold relevant certificates.

5. Adhere to civilized construction, set warning signs in dangerous operation areas, and equip full-time safety inspectors to be responsible for the site.

6. Party B shall be responsible for any personal casualty accidents or casualties caused to Party A or a third party during the construction operation. If losses are caused to Party A or a third party, Party B shall be liable for compensation.

4. Party B must correctly use the facilities, equipment and tools provided by Party A and check them regularly. Prohibit the use of facilities, equipment and tools with potential safety hazards.

5. Party B must take preventive measures to prevent occupational hazards, provide on-site operators with labor protection articles that meet national standards, and supervise and educate operators to use and wear them correctly.

6. Party B must be equipped with qualified production safety management personnel, strengthen on-site safety management, and shall not force workers to take risks and fatigue operations, and put an end to illegal command.

7. Party B shall educate and train the operators in production safety, and the operators who have not passed the education and training in production safety shall not be arranged to work at their posts; Special operations personnel must hold relevant certificates.

On duty; New employees of Party B must receive safety education from Party A. ..

8. The business license of Party B's company, the roster of all operators, personal resume and qualification certificate of special operators must be reported to Party A for the record, and the change of midway personnel should be reported to Party A for the record in time.

9. The personnel dispatched by Party B shall undergo physical examination before entering the factory, and report them to Party A for the record after passing the physical examination.

10. The personnel dispatched by Party B must take out work-related injury insurance and provide Party A with corresponding supporting documents.

12. Party B must set up obvious safety warning signs in the operation area and related facilities and equipment with dangerous factors.

13. Party B must obey Party A's requirements, do a good job of sorting and cleaning up, keep the site environment clean and tidy, and meet Party A's civilized production requirements.

14. Party B must obey the unified coordination and command of Party A to prevent possible crossover operation in the production process.

Three. Other agreed matters:

1. Either party shall immediately deal with the safety problems found during the performance of the agreement, notify the other party in time and make a written record.

2. Matters not covered in this agreement shall be implemented in accordance with national laws, local regulations and industry standards.

3. During the performance of this agreement, if Party B violates the terms of this agreement and causes consequences, Party B shall bear all responsibilities.

Responsibility; In case of major accident or serious impact on Party B, Party A has the right to terminate the cooperation contract, and all losses caused thereby shall be borne by Party B. ..
