How to freeze tofu outdoors

Outdoor frozen tofu is usually made in the northern part of winter.

1) Buy boxed firm tofu at the grocery store and cut the firm tofu into even sized pieces.

2) Put the chopped tofu in a pot of cold water with 1/2 teaspoon of salt (about 3 grams), and when the water comes to a boil, continue to cook for 1 minute, then fish out the tofu.

3) Put the tofu into cool water, cool it well, then drain it and put one piece into a plastic bag.

4) Finally, seal the bag and put the tofu outside to freeze.
