What is the difference between caesarean section surgery and tumor cytoreduction?

An exploratory laparotomy is when the abdomen is cut open to see what's going on inside, and at the same time, the physician will usually take a small spot of the lesion and take it for pathologic examination to clarify the type of pathology and facilitate subsequent treatment.

Tumor cytoreduction surgery, that is, surgery to take out those foci that cause tumor emergencies. For example, there is a mass in the abdomen compressing the ureter, resulting in urinary tract obstruction and the kidneys have accumulated water. The physician operates to take out that mass that is pressing on the ureter, but it is not possible to take out all the other remaining tumors. There is a difference with radical surgery. Radical surgery is to take out all the lesions, and then clear the lymph nodes to prevent any residual.
