Does tiramisu have alcohol?
Tiramisu has no alcohol.
Tiramisu, or Tiramisu in English, is an Italian dessert flavored with coffee liquor.
Mascarpone cheese is used as the main ingredient, and then finger cookies are used to replace the sponge cake of traditional desserts, with other ingredients such as coffee and cocoa powder. It is fragrant, smooth, sweet, creamy, and soft with texture changes in your mouth, and the flavor is not just sweet.
Legend:
A boy named Fvan (Fans) fell in love with a girl named Jane (Jean). The boy was convinced that the "tiramisu" cake, whose name is similar to Tianned, would bring him good luck.
So he spends many days and nights making his own Tiramisu cake, which he names "Tiramisu's Love", following the Tiramisu recipe.
The girl ate the cake, felt the love and married the boy. The story was then popularized in the township and tiramisu cake became synonymous with love and affection.
