Liping County Cuisine includes beef yak, oil tea, pickled fish, white sticky meat, Liping bird tongue tea, and so on.

1, Niu Bei: Niu Bei, also known as "Hundred Herb Soup", is a unique food in Qiandongnan, loved by the Dong and Miao people, and regarded as the best hospitality by the minority people in Qiandongnan.

2, playing oil tea: playing oil tea is also known as "eating beans tea". It is a traditional hospitality food of Yao and Dong ethnic groups. Popular in Hunan, Guizhou, Guangxi and other places. With fried glutinous rice flowers, fried peanuts or soaked soybeans, corn, fried rice and new tea prepared. Some also add green onion, spinach, hunter's liver and vermicelli.
