How to make pastrami?

The practice of spiced smoked beef:

1. Cut beef into slices with a length of 5cm, a width of 3cm and a thickness of 0.4cm, add ginger (minced), onion, cooking wine, five-spice powder, pepper noodles, soy sauce and salt, mix well and marinate for about 20 minutes.

2. Wash the wok and put it on the fire. When the vegetable oil is heated to 70%, the beef is picked up when it is fried in a wok. After the oil temperature rises, the beef is fried to golden brown, and the ginger, onion and pepper are picked up.

3. Put 50g vegetable oil in the pot. When heated to 40%, add sugar and stir-fry until slightly yellow, then add beef, stir-fry quickly, sprinkle with pepper noodles and mix well.
