Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of undergraduates and junior college students in Fujian Normal University.

Chapter II Enrollment Plan

Article 4 The enrollment plan of Fujian Normal University in 2009 (including all campuses and schools) has been approved by the education administrative department of Fujian Province. The specific enrollment plans, school addresses and charging standards of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) shall be uniformly announced to the public by the enrollment management departments of colleges and universities in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and published on the website of the school admissions office.

Chapter III Professional Access Conditions

Article 5 Candidates who apply for foreign language and Chinese as a foreign language major must take the oral English test organized by each province, and only those who pass the exam can fill in the foreign language and Chinese as a foreign language major. Eighth candidates who fill in the major of Chinese as a foreign language require the standard of Putonghua. This major gives priority to candidates who are healthy and have good facial features. The height of boys is above1.65m, and that of girls is above1.55m..

Article 9 In the major of tourism management, priority is given to candidates with good image and temperament who are over 1.70 meters for boys and over/.58 meters for girls.

Article 10 Candidates applying for the major of national defense education and management should be under 25 years old, with a vision of 4.5 or above, with a height of1.62m for boys and1.60m for girls.

Eleventh sports professional admission requirements to the articles of association and the provisions of the provincial sports professional enrollment brochures shall prevail. The recruitment of high-level athletes and sports training majors shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the State Sports General Administration and the corresponding enrollment brochures of the school.

Twelfth ethnic preparatory classes and ethnic classes recruit students in accordance with the relevant provisions of Fujian Province.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Article 27 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation, and the school admissions office shall be responsible for the interpretation. If the previous regulations of the school are inconsistent with the bylaws, the bylaws shall prevail.
