Traditional manufacturing talent market
1. The development of vocational education system in different intelligent times, influenced by science and technology, people's life and work have undergone earth-shaking changes, and the traditional manufacturing industry relying solely on cheap labor can no longer meet the requirements of China's development at this stage. With the continuous prosperity of China's comprehensive national strength, more and more people began to see the great potential of China market development and went to China to seek development.
Due to the economic development, the labor cost in China is getting higher and higher. Developed countries gradually withdraw their factories from China and transfer them to countries such as Africa and Southeast Asia where the labor price is lower. To some extent, this has led to the problem of high employment pressure in China.
In this situation, China's manufacturing industry began to transform and upgrade. The development of high-end manufacturing industry needs not only abundant capital and technology, but also a large number of talents. However, at present, China's vocational education is not perfect, and there is a lack of teaching and assessment of students' theoretical knowledge, which is also the main reason why China's manufacturing industry lacks high-quality talents.
As a big manufacturing country, the development of vocational education in Germany is relatively perfect. German products are famous for their preciseness and exquisiteness, ranging from pens to cars, all of which demonstrate the Excellence of German manufacturing. The manufacturing industry in the United States has also developed well and belongs to a manufacturing power, but the overall quality of workers is not as good as that of Germany. The quality difference between American and German workers is also due to the difference in vocational education.
Among China, Germany and the United States, Germany has done the best vocational education. The German government attaches great importance to the development of vocational education. As early as 1969, Germany promulgated a special vocational education law. Many measures taken by China in vocational education also draw lessons from some scientific ideas and successful experiences of Germany.
The vocational education system in Germany is "dual system". After signing the training agreement with the enterprise, the apprentices will be arranged to study practical skills together in the apprentice workshop. Most apprentices study in enterprises, but some choose to train in vocational education institutions. In addition to learning practical skills, apprentices should coordinate their time to go to vocational schools to receive general education and vocational theory teaching corresponding to practical skills.
Since the reform and opening up, the "three-stage" teaching mode has become popular in China's vocational education, that is, learning technology in the first year, learning skills in the second year and starting internship in the third year. Although this teaching mode can help apprentices master practical skills better and faster, it is not conducive to apprentices to absorb and experience theoretical knowledge, and there are also some disadvantages. Students stay in school for the first two years and practice in enterprises in the third year, which easily leads to poor information.
In other words, what students learn in school may not be used in enterprises, and the speed of technological upgrading is extremely fast. Maybe students will still face elimination after studying hard at school for two years. However, you don't have to worry too much. In the past two years, the state has attached great importance to the development of vocational education. More and more vocational schools have been established, and the educational effect is getting better and better.
Second, the good development of different vocational education within the enterprise system is inseparable from the cooperation of enterprises. Students in vocational schools will eventually go to work after systematic study, so the internal system of enterprises is particularly important. German enterprises have the same decision-making system and are more democratic than the United States. German enterprises attach great importance to the protection of workers' personal interests, so German workers generally have a heartfelt sense of belonging to enterprises.
American companies pay attention to the interests of shareholders. When the interests of shareholders conflict with the interests of employees, they often choose to sacrifice the interests of employees, and the interests of employees are not guaranteed, so it is naturally difficult to work wholeheartedly. Only when the interests of all parties reach a balance can the vocational education system develop better.
In order to promote the cooperation between workers and enterprises, China encourages school-enterprise cooperation, so that students can learn systematic theoretical knowledge at school and feel the latest technology in enterprises, which is conducive to improving the professional quality of workers. Although the state has legislation to protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers, there are still some employers who do not abide by laws and regulations and exploit workers. For enterprises that violate the labor law, China also punishes them according to law to protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
Third, the imbalance between labor supply and demand China has a large population base and abundant labor resources. Why can't the factory recruit people? Some people may think that young people nowadays despise jobs in factories and think that they are not only tired but also have low wages. In fact, the reason why factories can't recruit people is the imbalance between supply and demand in the labor market.
Due to the imperfection of the vocational education system, some workers lack good vocational skills and are not competent for factory work. Others, although they have corresponding vocational skills, are unwilling to enter the factory because their wages do not meet the requirements.
In fact, this is also a misunderstanding. At present, many factories in our country are mechanized, unlike the traditional manufacturing industry, which relies entirely on manpower, hard work and insufficient wages. However, mechanized operation requires higher quality of workers, and requires a certain understanding of machine operation, rather than empty energy.
At present, some domestic factories are still in the traditional manufacturing stage, and the workers in them are generally not well educated, and the working environment needs to be improved. At present, there are many workers aged 40-60 in our country, and improving the professional quality of these people is a problem that cannot be solved in a short time.
On the one hand, the education level of people in this age group is generally not high, and coupled with the age problem, it is obvious that they cannot receive systematic vocational education. On the other hand, the reason why they work in factories is to make money and make a living. Manual labor consumes a lot of physical strength and time. After work, some people are powerless even if they want to learn to improve their professional competitiveness.
This is also one of the problems that China will face in the process of economic transformation and upgrading. In contrast, the vocational education systems of German enterprises and American enterprises are relatively perfect, so the quality of workers is higher and it is easier for factories to find matching employees.
Conclusion After reading Bian Xiao's introduction, I believe everyone has a certain understanding of the reasons why it is difficult to recruit people in domestic factories and the differences between vocational education in China, Germany and the United States. Although there are still some problems in vocational education in China, Bian Xiao believes that with the passage of time, the vocational education system in China will become more and more perfect.
