Eid al-Fitr

Interpretation: September 1 to October 1 of the lunar calendar for the month of Ramadan, October 1 for Eid al-Fitr, known as "Meat Festival" in Xinjiang. Eid al-Fitr is also called Elder Festival. "Erde" is the Arabic "Erde - Fetul" phonetic translation, but also the Hui grand festival. Some Hui people call it "Big Erd" and some call it "Small Erd".

Purpose: To let people experience the pain of hunger and thirst, so that those who have money can genuinely help the poor. Through fasting, the Hui people gradually develop the virtues of fortitude, strength and honesty.

Gulbang Festival

Interpretation: Gulbang Festival, the Arabic translation of "Erd. Gulbang", "Erd. Azuha", meaning "sacrifice", "sacrifice", it is also known as "Eid al-Adha", "Sacrifice", "Loyalty and Sacrifice Festival "Festival of Loyalty and Filial Piety". Gulbang Festival is the largest Hui festival held on December 10 in the Hui calendar, to slaughter cattle and sheep, dinner celebration as the main content.

Purpose: to approach Allah and show their loyalty to Him by offering sacrifices.

Hijri

Interpretation: Maulud's Day, the commemoration of Muhammad's birth and death, also known as Hijri.

Purpose: All people praise the Holy Spirit, all people donate to the dispersal, all people come together to eat, to show our unity, the spirit of friendship and joy.
