The whole process of making tofu
Tools/materials: soybean, white vinegar, clear water, soymilk machine, filter bag, pot, gauze, wooden box.
1. Wash soybeans and soak them in water for more than 8 hours.
2. Pour the soybeans into the soymilk machine, add clear water to make soymilk according to the ratio of water to dried soybeans of 7: 1, and then pour the soymilk into the filter bag for filtration.
3. Pour the filtered soybean milk into the pot and heat it on low heat. After boiling, continue to cook for 5 minutes. Pay attention to stirring during cooking to avoid paste bottom and skim off foam. Turn off the fire and let it stand for three minutes. At this time, there is a layer of bean skin on the soybean milk.
4. Mix the white vinegar and water evenly, then pour it into the soybean milk and stir it slightly. When you see that the soybean milk has turned into tofu, cook it for 1-2 minutes to allow the tofu to fully solidify. Put gauze under the wooden box and put all the tofu pudding in the wooden box.
5. Close the gauze and press the board, and press the weight on the board for more than two hours, and the tofu will be ready.
