In the energy-saving transformation of the servo system of injection molding machine, the servo motor+gear pump (screw pump) is usually used to replace the common motor+quantitative pump system.

Energy-saving principle: the injection molding process is generally divided into several stages: mold locking, glue injection, sol, pressure holding, cooling and mold opening, and the pressure and flow required in each stage are different. Due to the existence of high pressure throttling in traditional injection molding machines, the oil temperature rises rapidly, which will lead to problems such as thinning of oil body, softening of pipeline and oil leakage, so it is necessary to forcibly cool the hydraulic oil, which also requires considerable power consumption. After using servo, the natural cooling of hydraulic oil is sufficient in most working conditions.
