One-Time Programming (OTP) chips are not able to modify the voice content that has already been burned. This is because OTP chips are produced by writing the program and data into the ROM memory in a single pass, after which the chip can no longer be modified. Therefore, once an OTP voice chip is produced, its internal voice content cannot be changed or updated.
