On the differences between ancient Chinese and western political civilizations.

The general feature of the west is that there is little centralization, and most of the time power is decentralized. Either democracy or centralized power is too weak to rule the whole country, such as the fake Roman Empire in the Middle Ages and the Republic of Poland-Lithuania. Eastern countries, from the east of the Mediterranean without exception, are centralized, with little decentralization, only division and no decentralization.
