Hanfu Circle: Your Harshness is Destroying Hanfu

Remember the "Chengdu Burning Hanbok" incident a few years ago?

This incident caused a huge uproar. It was almost like committing a crime in the name of tradition.

It also makes people wonder what kind of Hanfu circle exists and why it is so criticized.

Hanbok, as the name suggests, is the traditional dress of the Han Chinese people. But because of the Chinese culture up and down five thousand years, clothing has also changed greatly , resulting in now, orthodox Hanbok is what, there is still controversy.

The Hanfu circle is a group that was born with Hanfu as its core. Because of the limited space, taking into account the reading experience, I do not discuss the many forms of Hanbok, only to say, Hanbok circle those things.

In recent years, there have been more and more hanbok movements, which do play a role in promoting hanbok and making more and more people join the hanbok circle.

But when the forest is big, there are all kinds of birds. Because of the bad behavior of some of these "rat droppings", now, some people who like Hanbok have to emphasize "I'm not in the Hanbok circle" when they say they like Hanbok.

There are many people wonder why there are so many people obsessed with Hanbok, I observed, probably these reasons:

Young people, always like to be different from others, like some maverick existence , from the previous kill Matt, to last year's granny gray, from the second yuan to Hanbok, and much more.

Any rare special point, can boast of their own with the outside of the "bitch" is not the same thing, are more popular with young people's favorite.

For these people, Hanbok is just a tool for them to show off.

If one day all the people wear Hanbok, they may be the first to take off the Hanbok, and then lamented that "this is the old man playing the rest".

They wore Hanboks and couldn't wait for everyone to look at them.

Like hanbok, not all are mavericks, which there are many people who love traditional culture, or really like this system of clothing.

They tend to be gentle and humble, inclusive, and they wear hanbok for themselves. This is the most popular type of Hanbok enthusiast.

They tend to love not only Hanbok, but also other traditional hobbies, zither, chess, calligraphy, painting, sword, poetry, tea, wine and flowers.

At the same time, they also respect other nationalities and other people, and do not feel superior because they wear Chinese dress, nor do they have prejudice against people of other nationalities, nor do they force others to wear Chinese dress.

There are some people in the group who love the Hanbok because they know the history, and therefore, they treasure the costumes that remain after countless battles.

They are very rational, rationally look at the Hanbok, and do not hate other peoples because of history, nor do they have a sense of superiority because of the Hanbok.

They always try to find more history to confirm the Hanfu, and always bury their heads in research, just to make the Hanfu system no longer controversial.

Unfortunately, this is a minority after all.

The main group of people, are these three, of course, also include people who have entered the Hanfu circle for other reasons. I don't know which one you are?

This is similar to asking "what about the people in so-and-so area".

We can give examples of what makes that region special, but that doesn't replace everyone in that region. There will always be people who are different.

In the Chinese dress circle, there are good like Xuan Gui girl, have face value and content, tolerance and elegance, not arrogant and not impatient people.

There are also people who are as bad as some of the extremes, who take the Chinese dress as a symbol of supremacy, thus attacking others and abusing others.

Most people in the Chinese dress circle have heard of the girl Xuan Gui.

In March 2012, while she was studying abroad, she took advantage of the weekend to wear Chinese dress on the streets of the UK and play the bamboo flute, thereby promoting Chinese dress.

It was because of this incident that Hanbok, a traditional Chinese dress, attracted attention again.

During her time promoting hanbok, she composed the bamboo flute "Cold Plums with Flowers" and the xiao "Thinking of the Moon Butterflies", as well as participating in other traditional music scores.

A dance song "State of Manners" is elegant and dignified, full of ancient Chinese flavor, and the lyrics speak of the qualities that the Chinese "State of Manners" should have.

She has put her passion into action by promoting traditional culture, including Chinese dress, in many places and countries, and participated in the 2013 Chinese Spring Festival Gala.

She is a firm practitioner of Hanbok, a beautiful woman that many people admire and worship.

As the saying goes, there are many right and wrongs, she spent several years (maybe three years), to promote Chinese dress, in the Chinese dress circle of high visibility, by many people as a goddess, but there are some people with ulterior motives, that she is in the speculation, enrichment, show.

This is ultimately the behavior to be hit in the face.

Because when she was just red, she went into hiding, leaving only two short sentences on her microblogging:

Her microblogging profile also left only one sentence: the boat has since passed away, the sea sends the rest of the life.

So what's bad?

Presumably, it's the group of people who burned their hanboks, as mentioned at the beginning.

Maybe some people will defend, say "they may be misunderstood ah" "after all, do not understand it ......"

Indeed, they do not know that this is the Chinese dress, but

It's true that they didn't know it was a Hanbok, but that was the beginning of the unawareness.

This is the bad of the Hanbok circle, these people are not into the Hanbok circle okay, into the Hanbok circle, they will be this behavior, dislike to wear other clothes, dislike to other ethnic groups.

What we are talking about here is not only the behavior of "burning Chinese clothes", but also the ignorant and extreme thinking behind this behavior.

There is a disconnect between history and the aesthetic differences of the people, leading to a struggle over form.

There are those who think that the curved train is the right one, those who think that the 襦裙, jacket skirt is the most beautiful, and those who think that it is the Ming Dynasty's flying fish suit that is more handsome.

And the barbaric growth and commercial breath, and make today's similar costumes abound , there is the so-called fairy costumes, cottage, studio costumes, improved models exist.

Many people in the hanfu circle, these are zero tolerance attitude, will always go to the other side of the form of how to say how problematic, on the line, as if others have committed a great sin.

That's why so many people don't like the hanfu circle.

We're in a free speech, free dress country, and it's someone else's freedom to wear what they want on a public ****ing occasion.

Why should we be criticized?

Finally, I would like to say:

Usually, you can always see what suits are formal, shirts and jeans are casual, fake two-piece t-shirts, or suits with shorts and so on, and people love to put a label on these, what is casual, formal, stylish, fashionable, and so on.

Why is it so harsh on Hanbok? A little change, say you are a traitor; buy the wrong cottage, say you should not wear, instead of going to blame the store selling mountain.

I hope that in the future, all ethnic groups will be able to travel in their own traditional clothes (including hanbok) without being treated like "monkeys".

No matter what ethnic group's traditional dress, it should be respected!

And please Hanfu circle of fellow robes:

"Please be more tolerant of Hanfu, too harsh will only harm them."
