Ingredients: dry cold noodles, onion, ginger, garlic, sugar, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, chicken essence, millet pepper, peanut, cucumber, Chili oil, sesame oil and clear water.
Tools: pot, kitchen knife, chopping board, bowl, chopsticks.
1. Boil the noodles in water for 3-4 minutes.
2. Immediately after taking it out, put it in cold water, wash it by hand until the water is transparent, and then drain it. Boil the cooking oil, let it cool, pour it on the drained noodles and beat it evenly with chopsticks. Just put a little cooking oil, not too much.
3. Pick the noodles to a loose state and put them in a bowl. All other materials are ready. Mix vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt and chicken essence in a bowl. Chicken essence needs to be melted in hot water first, peanuts should be mashed properly, and onions, ginger, garlic and cucumbers should be cut well.
4. Add seasoning, Chili oil, cucumber, chopped peanuts, onion, ginger, garlic and millet pepper to the noodles.
5. Just stir well.
