1, adjust the pressure regulating screw clockwise (counterclockwise) to increase (decrease) the closing pressure and the opening pressure at the same time; For example, when the current switch is set to 5 ~ 7 kgf/cm2, the closing pressure will increase to 6Kgf/cm2 and the opening pressure will increase to 8Kgf/cm2. When adjusting the adjusting screw counterclockwise, the closing pressure will drop to 4Kgf/cm2 and the opening pressure will drop to 6Kgf/cm2.

2. Adjust the differential pressure screw clockwise (counterclockwise) to increase (decrease) the opening pressure while keeping the closing pressure unchanged; For example, the current switch is set to 5 ~ 7 kgf/cm2, and the pressure difference is 2.0 Kgf/cm2. When the differential pressure screw is adjusted clockwise, the opening pressure increases to 7.5Kgf/cm2, while the closing pressure remains unchanged, and the differential pressure is adjusted to 2.5 Kgf/cm2；. . If the differential pressure screw is adjusted counterclockwise at this time, the opening pressure will be reduced to 7Kgf/cm2, while the closing pressure will remain unchanged, and the differential pressure can be adjusted to 2.0 Kgf/cm2；. . In addition, when the factory pressure difference of the switch is set to 5 ~ 7 kgf/cm2, the closing pressure and opening pressure cannot be changed by adjusting the pressure regulating screw counterclockwise, and the pressure difference cannot be reduced.

3. When it is necessary to adjust the switch pressure and differential pressure, first adjust the pressure adjusting screw clockwise (counterclockwise) to adjust the closing pressure to the required pressure; Then adjust the differential pressure screw clockwise (counterclockwise) to adjust the disconnection pressure to the required pressure. For example, the current switching pressure is 6 ~ 8kgf/cm2. If the pressure needs 5 ~ 8kgf/cm2, first adjust the pressure adjusting screw counterclockwise to adjust the closing pressure to 5kgf/cm2; . Then adjust the differential pressure screw clockwise to adjust the disconnection pressure to 8Kgf/cm2.

4. When the switching pressure and differential pressure are disordered and cannot be adjusted normally, first reset the pressure adjusting screw and differential pressure screw counterclockwise to make the switching pressure and differential pressure in the initial (minimum) state; Then adjust the pressure adjusting screw clockwise to adjust the closing pressure to the required pressure. At this point, the opening pressure is the set minimum pressure, and the pressure difference is the minimum pressure difference.
