Guizhou Moutai Liquor Factory (Group) Xi Liquor Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as "Xi Liquor Company"), founded in 1952, was merged into the Moutai Group in 1998, belonging to the Moutai Group's holding subsidiary. It is a subsidiary of Moutai Group. Xi Liquor Company is a famous liquor enterprise in China, with two kinds of high-quality liquor, namely, soy sauce-type and strong aroma-type.

Xi Wine, a specialty of Xijiu Town, Xishui County, Guizhou Province, is a National Geographical Indication product of China. Xi Liquor is made from local high-quality glutinous sorghum, wheat made into high-temperature macro-quartz, stacked saccharification, secondary pitching, eight fermentations, nine distillations, and sealed storage. As the storage time grows, there are fewer and fewer free alcohol molecules and less stimulation to the body, so the drink feels not spicy to the throat, mellow and sweet.
